Our family operated cidery is nestled in the “high country” of Rathdrum, Idaho, on a beautiful 5 acres located in old Moonshine Forest. High Country Cider got its start in 2005 as a family hobby in the Hanson‘s home kitchen. Since then, Kevin has put in the time and dedication to share his cider. Each batch is made as pure as you can imagine with fresh pressed, local fruit, and often berries grown right on the property. This fresh pressed sulfite free, unfiltered, organically sweetened cider is a true statement to the rich, natural flavors these bountiful mountains beg to offer. High Country Cider is available in local restauraunts and breweries in North Idaho, and upon special request.
